He provides enterprises with legal advice accompanied by commercial considerations, participates in enterprises’ business negotiation, drafts and revises enterprises’ major business contracts, and leads his team members to issue English and Chinese legal opinion for M&A or listed companies.

He has a wide range of experience in providing legal services for numerous clients from different industries such as construction, investment & finance, cultural creativity, high-tech, healthcare, energy and government agencies. Simultaneously, He has a relatively in-depth understanding of Chinese civil and commercial judicial procedures, and has a rich and wide range of practical experience in formulating comprehensive solution for major or difficult commercial lawsuits.
